Dr. Siwek serves as Medical Director, Operations Committee Chairman and Board Member for UnaSource Surgery Center in addition to his duties as an anesthesiologist. He is Vice President of Long Lake Anesthesiology, UnaSource’s dedicated anesthesia company.
