Dr. Todd Proctor specializes in otolaryngology, and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He received his medical degree from University of Michigan School of Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and completed his residency at University of Chicago.

His special interests include most aspects of office based general otolaryngology as well as a full array of surgeries. Examples include sinusitis, image guided endoscopic sinus surgery, snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, head and neck cancer, chronic ear disease, hearing disorders, hoarseness, sore throats, salivary gland abnormalities, and many other complaints related to the ear, nose, throat or neck regions.

Dr. Proctor is affiliated with Ascension Providence Rochester, and performs outpatient procedures at Oakland County’s premier surgical facility, UnaSource Surgery Center.
